Manu Prakaash
Co-Founder and Partner
Manu is a dynamic professional and a thought leader, with a depth of experience across the broad umbrellas of PR, Marketing, Communications, and Public Affairs. This is backed by his extensive experience, for the best part of a decade, with one of India’s leading public sector organisations.
Manu’s experience of dealing with the Media, the Government, industry bodies, multilateral organisations, not for profits, and the civil society, makes him a trusted hand in all matters of stakeholder engagement.
Manu’s vibrant persona and depth of experience in the industry and public sector, is supported by his strong qualifications. He holds two degrees in Business Management, with specialisation in Marketing, in addition to a degree in International Relations and Affairs.
With multi-sectoral and cross-dimensional expertise, Manu possesses rich experience in the national and international contexts.
Manu is passionate about providing solutions to businesses, governments, and not-for-profits, alike, across the domains of PR, Marketing, Communications, and Public Affairs. In founding Kaash & Kaash, he hopes to help clients achieve the best outcomes for their enterprises.
Manu believes in performance excellence and service delivery of the highest standards, as he brings expertise and experience, few can match in the PR advisory space.
When he is not looking after clients’ needs, he enjoys researching and writing about International Affairs, Politics, Public Affairs, Sustainability, and the Environment.
When he’s not working, he loves spending time with his family, hiking, undertaking equestrian sojourns, wildlife photography, and driving across roads less travelled.
Elise Searson-Prakaash
CO-FOUNDER AND PARTNER
Elise currently writes for MAMAMIA.com.au and is keeping one foot in the radio broadcasting door - waking up with the roosters to read news for Capital Radio Network. After studying at the Australian Film, Television, and Radio School, Elise’s media career began on air in regional radio. Before jumping ship to print media, Elise majored in Photojournalism at Queensland College of Art, leading her to secure a job as staff Photographer and Multi-media specialist for Queensland Newspapers.
During her career she has worked across sales and creative media departments where she learned how enterprise can benefit from authentic and creative story telling.
Elise has received national and international awards for her photographic practice and most recently worked as a Photojournalist and Writer for renowned national and international media organisations.
She approaches projects with a goal to exceed expectations and focuses on creative problem solving. Anything is possible with Elise’s broad vision and skill set to match.
When not working, Elise escapes to inhale the crisp air in the Snowy Mountains or goes East to the pristine waters of the coast, all while chasing her two young children around and continuing to work on a multitude of projects!
